A little about me.
Hi, my name is John, I'm retired, I'm a Grampy, I play a little classical guitar and I enjoy going out in the van.
Many years ago, I worked as a cabinet maker for a games machine manufacturer. This gave me a head start for this project as building the cabinets in the van employs the same skill sets and materials.

Over the years I have been a keen biker and in addition to having some exotic machinery to ride, I also restored several motorcycles to concours condition. This type of build requires attention to the finest detail, Nothing less is acceptable.
It's hard to imagine that the above motorcycle can be anything other than scrap metal. But with dogged determination anything is possible.
This project cost £4000 and eighteen months of my time.
During the van project I found that there were times when the same dogged determination came in handy.
